Letter of Recommendation from The City of Pearland

Precise Services was fortunate to perform the largest sidewalk program for the City of Pearland exceeding $1.5 million. Due to our work excellence and customer service we were awarded a letter or recommendation by the City. Our customers are our highest priority and we focus on the customer needs to develop long term business relationships.

Letter of Recommendation from The City of Conroe

Precise Services was issued this letter of recommendation from the City of Conroe for pavement repairs fronting on SH 75. Thanks to our project management team that coordinated with TxDot and many residents to insure a low community impact upgrade we were issued this award. We as a company understand that there are always situations in the field that arise that could effect the budget and we strive to be fair in all of these instances.

Letter of Recommendation from Ward, Getz & Associates

WGA is one of the top Engineering companies in the Houston area performing work throughout the City. We were fortunate enough to be awarded a $800,000 project that consisted of roadway paving and new signalization to accommodate the new Main Street Kingwood development. We were awarded this recommendation based off our planning, efficiency and attention to detail while working on a tight timeline. This project was completed on time and under budget and we are proud to say the name Precise is not just our company name but also our work ethic.
